We only collect the information you give us — your name, contact details and delivery address — and we use it solely to prepare, deliver and follow up on your order.

We never sell or share your personal information with third parties, other than the courier delivering your gift. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.

Orders are confirmed on receipt of full payment. Turnaround is 10–15 working days from confirmation; custom and bulk orders may require longer and will be quoted upfront.

Delivery is charged separately at checkout: R50 to a PAXI collection point or R100 for door-to-door courier, nationwide within South Africa. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct — re-delivery due to incorrect details may be charged.

Because every box is hand-assembled and often personalised, orders cannot be cancelled once assembly has begun. Items may occasionally be substituted with an item of equal or greater value where stock requires it.

If your box arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will make it right.
